You don’t have residence permit? Arraigo familiar will allow you to obtain residence permit right away. It is a different process of Arraigo social because the process can be done much earlier.

WHO IS ENTITLED TO APPLY?

 

• Father or mother or guardian of a minor of Spanish nationality/ EU citizen. It is important that the father/mother is living with the child and taking care of him/her.

• Person who takes care of a Spanish person with a disability. This case is nteresting for people who are living with a person with dissability and taking care of him or her so the person can get papers to be legal.

• Married or pareja de hecho to a Spanish citizen. This one is interesting is the spanish family members is not working for example and can't apply for the family member of European Union card.

• Father/mother above 65 y.o. of a Spanish citizen (or his partner). 

• Child below 21 of a Spanish citizen (or his partner)

 

WHEN CAN APPLY?

 

Anytime. No need any minimum time of living in Spain. The person must be in Spain. If the person is abroad, first must get a visa to come to Spain and then apply for this papers.

 

WHO IS USEFUL FOR?

 

It can be use in different situations but this permit specially is very interesting for parents who can’t find a job offer to apply for normal arraigo social and have a child in Spain.

 

The child first should apply to obtain Spanish nationality and then the father/mother can get papers through the child.

 

WHAT PERMIT THE APPLICANT WILL GET?

 

This permits will give a 5 years working and residence permit.

 

DOES IT REQUIRE TO HAVE A JOB OFFER?

 

No. That is another benefit of this process.

 

The applicant doesn’t need a job offer to be able to present this application and will get a working permit
