JOB OFFER
For applicants abroad with family member in Spain
As a general rule, the requirement to come to Spain with a job offer is that there is a job position that doesn’t have workers in Spain. For most of jobs, it will be difficult that there is noone in Spain that can do that job. For example engineers, doctors, company manages etc..
The good news is that for other job positions (including house workers) if the worker has a first degree family member in Spain (mother, father or wife, husband) we don’t need to proof that noone can do that job in Spain and the worker can come directly as long as has a job offer.
Requirements for the worker (applicant)

Not be in Spain already

Must have no criminal records

Must have a family member in Spain

Don’t have any health issue

​Has an employer willing to sign a contract
What family members are included in the oferta de trabajo? (who can come to Spain)

Wife / Husband / Pareja

So if you are the mother or father of children outside of Spain and you find someone willing to sign a contract your children can come to Spain.
The same goes if you have a husband / wife abroad.
Can it be not be any other family member? Brother, sister, cousin, nephew?
No, NOT POSSIBLE. This process is only for the family members stated. Even if there is an employer to willing to sign.
What kind of employer/work can it be for the oferta?
House work (the employer can be Spanish or foreigner as long as has NIE)
Empresa (any kind of job) Is there any age limit? No there is not any age limit for the worker.
What are the steps?
1. Find an employer in Spain willing to sign your family member.
2. Request the documents from the worker
3. We prepare the documents for the boss to sign
4. We present the application and wait for the result
5. Once approved the worker must get the visa in the Spanish embassy
6. Fly to Spain.
7. The company do the alta in the SS for the worker
8. We give the worker all the documents ready for the police.
9. Get the residence card (NIE)

How long the process takes?
It will depend on the province that we present the job offer but generally between 6 months to one year.
Once the worker is in Spain, can do another job?
Yes, if the worker is already in Spain, the first thing will be to be alta in the SS by the hiring company and after if willing can change job to another of any nature.
Can the employer hire more than one worker?
If it can be proven necessary, yes it is possible to do more than one work offer at a time.
Can a house employer present a job offer if has already a worker?
Yes, if proven that needs more than one worker for the house.
